Interview Questions

   5.  Can you share your experience as a job applicant and how the recruiter setup the question to get a better understanding of your qualifications? 

   6. Would you mind providing some advice for job applicants looking to apply for positions in this industry? 

   7. What steps can your company take to improve job possibilities in the industry? 

   8. How would you respond if an employee was acting in an unacceptable or disrespectful behavior at work?

2. Interview Review 

   For my interview, I had it with a producer/director who’s name is Harry Palmer and an editor whose name Will Adams work that both work for rare TV, which is a company that works collaboratively with the best freelance producers, directors, show runners, and executives to create a good team that delivers entertaining content. In the interview, I learnt more about the process of editing and how long it takes to edit footage. I now understand that editing is very time consuming as it requires you to have to look over all the hours of raw footage that you have taken and decide if you want to add it to the actual video. I learnt that teamwork is essential because of the tight deadlines that must be met for the film production to go smoothly.
